The time was running out I thought I had enough time to get back to thew safe zone before the Wycombe came and captured me and probably execute because at night it was illegal to go on the Exeter Plains and every one who did didn’t have a nice ending. I quickly rushed home using the shadows to hide myself from the Wycombe and live another day. But out of the shadows came a Wycombe guard I dashed to The Wall and quickly climbed it got over it before the could respond to me and I was safe for now.

# Maths Mate: Term 1: Sheet 8: Q24

Predict: I predict that you have to fill in the circles so that something equals something.

Read: Enter numbers in the circles so that the numbers on each line equal the sum of the number at each end,

Clarify: None.

Big Question: Fill the circles

Mathematicians Toolbox: Guess, Check and Improve.

Solve: First I put 7 in the top circle and added 10 to the seven then I put 20 in the bottom left circle and 30 in the bottom right circle.

Summary: The strategy I used was very useful and help me solve the problem and the problem wasn’t as hard as the last one.

Today I watched an artical and it was about the Canberra Space Complex and the trips to the Moon and the rest of the Galaxy. 3 moments I recall where when they talked about the 50 anniversary of the complex, when they talked about the trip to the moon and when they talked about they talked about the mars rovers expeditions. I understand that space exploration is fascinating but sometimes risky and that there are three spots for dishes Madrid, somewhere in the U.S.A and Canberra. I still wonder if they are going to another Galaxy and explore them.

# Maths Mate: Term 1: Sheet 7: Q24

Predict: I predict that you have to fill in the circles so that sum equals to middle numbers.

Read: Enter numbers in the circles so that the numbers on each line equal the sum of the numbers at each end.

Clarify: None.

Big Question: What numbers go in the circles.

Mathematicians Toolbox: Test all possibilities.

Solve: First In put 9 in the bottom left hand corner and 21 in the bottom right hand corner and to top it of 34 in the top circle.

Summary: When I was solving this problem test all possibilities was really useful because it was so hard.

# 100wc Week27#

I would like to be an night zoo keeper because it would be awesome adventures destroying all the monsters that try to destroy the night zoo and kill all the animals. I would like to to go on awesome adventures because I’ve never had the experience of going on an action packed adventures that are really fun to go on. I would like to look after all the animals in the zoo and making sure that none get out or get hurt by the evil monsters. I hope you like me to be a night zoo keeper in the future.

Today I watched an artical of B.T.N and it was about dinosaurs. 3 moments I recalled were when they showed the dinosaurs, when they Talked about how cool they are and why this certain show is really cool. I understand that dinosaurs are very cool and that they are very hard to make what they looked like back 65 million years ago in the Cretaceous and over periods. I still wonder if there is still more dinosaurs top be discovered and be talked about all over the world.

# 100wc Week26#

“Look up! Can you see”.

I could it was a dragon, a big dragon that was breathing fire on the nearest village and destroying it in it’s path and burning all the people. Then it started coming for me and my brother, we ran for the woods and hid behind a tree and then the dragon started burning down the forest and surrounding us. Then we ran for the lake and diving in the water and swimming for the middle and we saw the dragon smile at us and we thought about it he was burning down the dark village and forest.

# Maths Mate: Term 1: Sheet 6: Q24

Predict: I predict that you have to fill in the circles.

Read: Enter numbers in the circles so that the numbers on each line equal the sum of the numbers at each end.

Clarify: None.

Big Question: Enter the numbers in the circle.

Mathematicians Toolbox: Guess, Check and Improve.

Solve: First I put 12 in the bottom left hand corner. Then I put six in the other two and that is the answer.

Summary: This question was quiet easy and I figured it out quiet quickly. Guess, Check and Improve was very useful.

# B.T.N 2#

Today I watched and episode of B.T.N and this artical about the crisis in Ukraine stood out the best. 3 recalls that stood out to me were when the talked about the east and the west and about the cold war. When Russian troops went into the Crimean region and when the president of the U.S.A said that Ukraine can decide there future. 2 understandings that I have is that Ukraine is in a big crisis at the moment and it needs to be solved. And that Russia doesn’t now how to not interrupt problems in Ukraine and let them decide there future. I still wonder how many Russian troops are Crimea at the moment.

# Maths Mate: Term 1: Sheet 5: Q24

Predict: I predict that you have to put in the numbers so the all the numbers equal the middle ones.

Read: Enter the numbers in the circle so that the number on each line equal the sum at each end.

Clarify: None.

Big Question: What number go in the circles?

Mathematicians Toolbox: Guess, Check and Improve.

Solve: First I put 9 and 11 in the bottom circles so it equaled 20 and then put 6 in the top so 15 and 17 where both solved and that is the answer.

Summary: Today I thought that this question was easy and that guess, check and improve was very useful.
